TLC Secure Funding from Northamptonshire Community Foundation
We are very pleased to announce that we have secured funding from Northamptonshire Community Foundation, which means we can continue to offer our services for another six months!
The difference this will make to our patients is phenomenal. The feedback we have received from our team and supporters is absolutely amazing. This funding means that we will be able to continue to support not only our patients but their loved ones, family and friends too.
Founder Gemma Dearsley says: “To be successful in this funding is absolutely amazing. Our team is able to grow whilst making a difference. We have Steve who is concentrating on new ideas for fundraising with the help of Wendy and Tina. Tina is our newest teamie, she has a vast amount of experience having worked at Cynthia Spencer for 14 years, then in the community nursing service for 12 years. We had initially met when Tina was a dental nurse and I was about 3! We then worked together in the district, so when she retired but didn’t want to stop, coming on board with us was the most perfect answer. Tina has fitted in so well with our patients and the team. Steve loves her, Wendy thinks she’s just lovely and can’t wait to start working with her too. Having received this funding means we are able to continue to grow and make a difference within our community! So a very big thank you to everyone at Northamptonshire Community Foundation!”
